I require an app for a retail chain to transfer reward points between members and for purchases in store. You will need to bring the whole project right thru to the app store. Service and support will discussed later.

A database will be developed to interact with the phones and store all sensitive client information . Each device will need to sense current location and display a list of closest stores stored in database. When a store purchase is made with points, the staff member will ask the user for their phone number and enter it into their own device with the bill amount. The customer will receive a blip thru the app and will show the retailer and bill amount , with a button for accept/ decline . Upon pressing accept, the app will prompt for a pin number to verify identity , then make the transfer in the online database . Users will be able to transfer between other users as well in the same fashion. Please feel free to ask any questions.
