Services Required for the Apps Productions:

Product Features: Provide the “Syn Warrants” daily to the Warrants Investors. We already have the web page that services our clients but wants to extend the usage to the mobile users.

Users’ platform:

ii) I-Pad
iii) Android

Requirements:

1) Memberships Layer (FREE)
a) Free to use for 14 days (full functions or Selected functions as below, to be confirmed) OR free to provide one or three stocks related Warrants forever.
b) Users have to sign up with emails and phone numbers provided. Please do also consider how we can keep those signed up information up to date?
c) For those trial users, allow them signed up once only (counting the device or phone numbers, whichever matched)

2) Selected Subscribers Layer (Pay) They are free to use the Apps but have to pay the data Download by monthly subscription automatically until termination
a) Selected Features (Free to selected any 5 stocks)
b) Provide the top 12 Stocks related Warrants

3) Full Subscribers Layer(Pay) They are free to use the Apps but have to pay the data Download by monthly subscription automatically until termination
a) All full functions to be displayed
b) Retaining the selected layers as mentioned above.
