We need a web designer on monthly basis

Skills Needed:-
1. Photoshop
2. Illustrator
3. XHTML
4. CSS
5. Javascript, Jquery
6. Flash Action Script a big Plus

Work Needed:-
1. Make Web Designs for the specified websites by us. No copying of turnkey templates, must be original
2. Make logos
3. Upon Approval of Design, Convert them to valid XHMTL and CSS

Guarantee & Warranty:-
1. All copyrights will be borne by us
2. You cannot show designs in your portfolio
3. All source code must be transferred to us


Bid only if you agree :-
1. Payment will be made once design is approved
2. No Upfront payment
3. No escrow or upfront payments

NOTE:- its a monthly job for a period of 6 months, bid your prices per month, keep it low as its long term job, will prefer freelancers and companies from New Delhi, India
