We are looking to develop a logo and website to be applied across a number of mediums including website, powerpoint presentatations, business cards, brochures and online newsletters. Specific requirements are as follows.

We provide renovations, repairs, home improvement and building services to the property sector which has a high usage by the residential market. In the future i'm looking to expand into larger projects.

The design must be simple and professional
It must contain only 2 or 3 primary colours
The existing logo could be the basis but it can be tweaked/ refined if appropriate or even re-designed if improved options are available
The typeface should be clear, simple and bold
We want to demonstrate credibility, integrity and quality
The target audience are real estate companies as well as local mum and dads (residential) wanting home improvements and renovations done.

The website doesn't need to be overly comprehensive but there is an urgency to ge this website up and running asap. Please include an approximate time scale as to how long it will take for this to be completed.

Rules of engagement:
1. We do not prepay for work, payment will be made on completion.
2. Only submissions of concepts will be considered. Do not just bid without showing a concept, an actual sample or an outline of your idea.
3. We will need to see demonstration of previous works, reference sites etc.
