im looking for someone can realise me (good looking) designs for 2 webpages are focused on paid listing of propertys, standard and premium listing as well as standard and Gold Membership for Agents.

im not 100 % Sure if its the right basement for realy create good looking designs focused on the town Bangkok/thailand and also Farmland worldwide, if there is someone out there thinks over a content managment system and another coding model he can create something far more pretty please gimme some impression.

Importand is that the end product is easy to handle, i want send emails to customers forgot to pay, i want yearly
payments over paypal from agents and monthly payments for registered propertys all charged by Paypal or wire transfer, the property listing itselve should include nice picture fiewer, featured listings are conected to the premium membership.


please send me some refferences since to me its not a question of money,
its indeed a question of design / usibility and also about if the person has some ground knowlege about SEO .....
