About me:
I record sound for TV shows, film projects, and documentaries as a professional audio freelancer, I'm looking for someone to create for me a smartphone app that would allow me to send audio out via the internet to various film crew members who need to hear it (producers, directors, assistants, etc).

Basically, I want an app that will allow me to become my own live podcast or streaming station via a smartphone only.

This is my criteria:

- Audio source be either from the mic jack input (not internal microphone) or via bluetooth.
- Be private and available only to users I choose (through encryption or password protection)
- Be continuous (not a push-to-talk type function) so that I need not operate it once initially set up.
- Allow a quantity (1-20) of users to listen to the stream simultaneously via their own personal smartphones or computers.
- Emphasis on lowest possible latency
- Audio fidelity is secondary to latency, however it should be optimized for voice, be intelligible, and be easy to listen to (ie minimal digital artifacts).
- The software set mimic traditional radio technology in practice so that one user serves as the transmitter and there may be multiple receiver users. Two way communication is not necessary, though if easily implemented could prove useful.
- Ability for receiving users to be non-OS specific would be ideal (iphone/android/osX/windows) but not entirely necessary, Android a must though. Reception through any browser on any platform would be ideal.
