We are requesting an iOS platform action game that needs to support both iPad and iPhone.
We have higher demand on the graphic designs.

Objectives:
Single player and multiplayer 2D action game.
Similar examples for referencing can be provided.

Requirements of the project:
1) Simple, addictive
2) 2D graphic
3) Can look at others' existing games, but cannot plagiarize nor infringe copyright.
4) Creative, innovative design
5) Project must be in accordance with Apple’s acceptance guidelines for iPhone applications

Developer Qualifications:
1) Developing experience in iPhone/iPad, XCode, Objective-C, Cocoa.
2) Clean writing , well organized, and understand commented code
3) Understanding iPhone SDK inside out
4) Have an iPhone to test the game
5) Have past experience with iPhone applications. We would like to see examples of projects you have created that are in the iPhone store.

Rewards for the finalist and winner:
1) Project funds
2) Long term relationship to cooperate on various projects. If we work well with you, we will have a list of projects coming over the next 2-6 months.

Intellectual property related matters:
1) Developer should guarantee the project is unique and has not been released to others. If there is copyright infringement exist, developer will take all necessary legal responsibilities.
2) Once bidding is completed, developer needs to first provide the source files and resources together to the hirer, the hirer will release the funds once the project has been evaluated.
3) For the chosen project, after the hirer pays the funds, the hirer will have its intellectual property, copyright, publishing rights, and all other rights of use, etc.
4) Once project has been accepted, developer in any circumstance does not hold the rights to re-use the project.

5. 若曾经设计过iPhone 游戏, 请提供资料

入围及中标者利益:
1. 获得任务赏金
2. 在合作期间若我方觉得合适, 我们在未来2 - 4个月将有一系列的任务, 工程师将获得长期合作机会

知识产权相关事项说明:
1. 工程师应保证所策划的作品为原创, 为第一次发布, 未侵犯他人的著作权, 如有侵犯他人著作权, 工程师将承担上所有法律责任
2. 一旦竞标成功, 竞标人须先把中标作品的文案原件,电子文档,一并交至我方, 经我方审核后才能交割赏金
3. 选中的作品, 我方支付赏金后, 即拥有该作品知识产权, 使用权, 发布权等, 我方有权对设计作品进行修改, 应用和组合
4. 作品一经采用, 工程师不得再在其他任何地方使用该作品
