I am looking for somebody to develop a website to handle Holiday Apartment Rentals.

The apartments in question are all around the world, but are owned often by individual owners.
of course it will be in multilanguage engine.

Another important point is that i need that the system could generate a similar website whit almost the same template and style... that's because probabilly some owners need to have their own domain site.
so for example they make a domanain www.xxxapartmen.com and the engine behind and the view is the same of the main (my) website less all the other apartmets (but this will be explained weel after)

i'm thinking as starting point website inspired by www.only-apartments.com or www.08028apartments.com it's good but i need to improve some point:
google maps api whit more point of interest customizable, i mean that it's possible to show or not also by the owner (like disco, pub , shops)
possibility to insert in the description of the apartment and a youtube video



The website must allow users to search for suitable apartments (given party size and date availability), select an apartment, make a booking for that apartment, and take payment for that apartment.

The database should have configurable rates for specific days/periods.

So at a minium I would see the following tabels in the database:
Apartment - Details of all individual apartments
Bookings - Details of all bookings made - start date, end date, cost, status etc etc
Customer - Details of all customers who have made bookings
Rates - Details of the rates applicable to particular days/periods.
sms system- the system after had booked an apartment sent an automated sms to the mobile phone of the owner that rember him to check his email or his webpage for the details
Integration whit the most used social network (facebook etc.)
integration whit visa. paypal payment system
