Need to quickly develop a simple, professional, and easily maintainable website for a startup business. I have a sample site that can be used as a reference. The content for the website does not currently exist, however, this development should allow for easy integration of content.

Desire would be to have this website entirely hosted in the cloud and leverage the latest HTML5, PHP, MySQL, or other web-serviceable coding methods. Code should maintain the ability for metatagging of forthcoming content for filtering.

Website must be easily skinnable to ensure consistent look with eventual mobile implementation/application.
