The basic idea of my website is that art galleries can come to my site and fill out a form that describes an opportunity for artists (call for entry, art contests, etc.). I need to be able to manage this information as it is submitted and make it available to artists who subscribe to my website.

I need the following functionality plus all previous requirements that Carlos and I discussed online, Skype and email:

1- I need to be able to have people register on my site, pay with a credit card, and then have immediate access to a portion of the site that is only available to paid customers. This must be a very streamlined process. Subscribers need to be able to log in and manage their account details also, such as updating an email address. I need the ability to manage subscription rates for a 1 or 2 year subscription and also for a few alternative subscription options. They will need to check a box that states that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of site use. Upon a successful payment, the system will activate the membership and will send a confirmation email to the new member so that they can log in immediately.

2- Creation of a templante that will work and be compatible with Joomla, K2 and any other needed extensions to make the site functional as described in all the requirements.

2- A site visitor will be able to submit an event/opportunity. The form will collect their organization name, their full name, phone number, email address, full physical address, opportunity title, due date, type (drop-down), awards value, web page address, web address for their prospectus, a picture or logo(jpeg) that represents their event and a full description. The system will save the opportunity in a pending queue for admin review that will allow me to edit them and make them live in the portion of the web page for paid subscribers. (I need the ability to view items being submitted, edit them, and then make them live on the web page.

3- I need to make it so that artists who subscribe to my website can view these event submissions, potentially thousands of listings. I would like for each individual subscriber to be able to sort these listings by date, type, $ amount, location and other key subcategories. A search function would also be required. The system will return a listing of all those that matched the given criteria, and can be sorted by various categories such as date, type, $ amount, location, etc. The listing will show full information for the opportunity.

4- All details that Carlos and I have previously discussed via email and skype conversations during our conversations starting in late July are expected as part of this project. The list above is a summary of some of the major functions but not all of the details. The website needs to conform to the details above and those discussed over the last 3+ months.

I have a competitor who has a web site that we have previously discussed, set up to perform very much like I want mine to be. This will give you a pretty good idea of what I envision for my site as far as functionality goes.

If all goes well with this site I will likely have additional jobs for you.
