I am looking for someone to create a news website. It will require widgets to added and moved around , something similar to www.google.com/ig.

I am not too focused on what language you use, but joomla is preferred.

I will do my own hosting, and will only require you to create the website.

The website will need individual widgets for different sections of the site. I will explain this further in the future as I don't want the idea to be released.

The major coding will include a login page, a comments system, an rss-feed for each individual widget, and each individual page, category, and every aspect of the site should be able to be turned into an rss feed.

I don't expect this to be a large project but I welcome all bids as I would like something up within the next 30 days.

You must be able to create an rss scraper that will read a feed, grab the article title, grab the whole article, and sort and compare to the other articles already in the database.

The articles will have to be grouped on whether or not its a similar article to one that was posted on the site previously.

Example, CBC releases an article stating that "Obama is President" if CNN releases an article called "Obama is the new President" I would like these two articles stapled together.
