I need someone to build a web project which will be able to make calls to phone through the webpage. No matter what language it is going to be use and no matter is for design and all. Just create a web page that will be able to make phone calls over the phones.

NOTE: I do not have or know any kind of API to make this possible find the API first and then implement it into the webpage.
before buying or trying any API.
