My website is already developed with fully functioning features, my website is based on the idea of http://www.mycroburst.com which is a design marketplace contest, where designers upload their artworks to clients and clients pick the best design and pay for it.

Now the website was developed by a developer in PHP, and there are some features that are missing from the website

if you refer to the website i mentioned above:

what i need is:

1-One portfolio tab with 2 drop down menu, first one should have designers portfolio gallery of work they
done outside the website to show to the clients ( designers need to have on their profile the ability to upload their work and that will be displayed in the gallery, and the second should include a gallery of the designs that
have been done on the website already like logo design, icon design, web design etc etc

2- I want to make another link in the navigation bar called "cool stuff" and i should be able to upload gallery of pictures with links to different websites etc and that need to be coded for in the CMS admin panel it should look like the gallery page above

3- I want you to add additional features to the CMS where i can edit every page design and text. the function is already
available but it needs more functionality. The website contains a very basic editor for every page, however i would like a much better and bigger editor for everypage, so i can change different types of fonts and sizes, also upload as many pictures and much more.

4- I want u to make one page for Advertisements, where i can upload gallery of people that want to advertise also write up description of the advertisers, that need to be coded in the CMS Admin panel.

5- I want u to change the design for the post project tab to look like the website http://www.mycroburst.com/contests/launch/service
the code is already done, it just needs to fix the design so it looks like that website

6- I want to add a wordpress blog page on the website.
I think that is it for now

Now my budget for these are around 150-200 USD max

Looking for someone that is honest, and can do these functions within a short time frame with no time wastage.
