I am looking for an android app to be built that is essentially an ebay sniping tool. I currently use the free sniping tool found at http://www.jbidwatcher.com/ and would like to have something very similar to be run on the android. It must have the ability to run in the background since the sniping of products can occur at any time. I like the functionality in the jbidwatcher, so I would like to have very similar functionality as this application. Obviously we are not looking to copy it exactly, more so use it as a stepping stone to determine what features to include in the android app.

You must have extensive knowledge of the android app submittal process and I would need guarantee app approval.

Ebay sniping app requirements
 
1. The app must be able to run in the background – multitasking application
2. The app should be able to run on the android operating system.
3. User will need to be able to enter the ebay username and password so that the application can complete the bid as necessary.
4. User should be able to set a max price.
a. The user should be able to choose whether the shipping cost is included in that max price or not.  For example, if the user sets a max price of $24, and the shipping cost of an auction is $3, then the user should be able to choose if the shipping is included in their max $24 or if the max $24 is just price of the item and then the shipping cost is added on.
5. The user should be able to choose what ebay site they use.  For example they may use ebay.com or they may use ebay.ca. Provide a drop down of all the different ebay sites they can choose from
6. The user should be able to input what time they want to do the actual sniping. This should be in seconds.  For example, if the user wants the snipe to happen when there is 20 seconds left in the auction, then the should enter in the value of 20.
7. User should have the ability to Multi Snipe – A multi snipe allows the user to select multiple auctions for the same item and setup a multisnipe.  What happens in a multi snipe is that if the user sets up a multisnipe for 10 auctions and he wins the second auction, then the snipe for auctions 3-10 will be canceled.  We don’t want the user winning all 10 of the auctions when he really only wants 1. 8. User should have the ability to enter an auction in the following way
a. By entering in the auction number
b. By entering in the auction url
c. Or by selecting auctions from their watch list in ebay
9. User should be able to delete or cancel and snipes manually as well
