I want a simplified version of www.hotelscombined.com, for a specific niche (details will be given to the project winner).

I need you to understand the project and tell me if I’m thinking in everything it demands, or if should be done differently. I really will consider this to choose the winner.

HOW WILL IT WORK?
People make a search, the system look in the database with all hotel’s information I’m promoting as an affiliate, give a list results of the relevant ones, and send them directly to the seller website (see how Hotels Combined works). But I don’t want a product page with comparison prices like they have. I just need a list of hotel results with direct links to the merchant’s websites(with my affiliate ID on it). It’s so simple as this.


GENERAL
CMS website – I want a simple but efficient administration interface. You suggest the platform (joomla, drupal, wordpress, etc) that better suites the project. It has to be SEO fiendly and give me the possibility to insert meta tags descriptions.

- It has to be built in php with mysql.

- Automatic Google Sitemap generation.

Design – I’ll provide the design in a .psd file and you must integrate it in the script. It could have some elements en css3 (buttons, rectangle corners, basic stuff.)

Blog – integrated wordpress blog.

Currency converter- Possibility to choose from a list of currencies (euro, dollar, etc.) no matter the one provide by the merchant. This option will be placed in the search form.

- Possibility to import and manage data feed to my sql database. This is very important: I need to import the csv feed files given to me, and I need to do this on a regular basis. It has to be simple and efficient because I will have a lot of files. Please suggest the best way to do it.
DOUBT: Should I have only one database with the feed data of all merchants, or several databases (one per each merchant)?

- Capacity to generate and edit simple pages like About us, contact, FAQ, etc.


HOME PAGE
- Search box (with fields like country, city, number of sleeps, check-in/check-out dates);

- Newsletter Subscription area;

RESULTS PAGES
- Results list (should be possible to order in price low/high first, relevance). When people click on a result goes directly to the seller’s page.
