I need an expert usability interface designer to help redesign the flow of interaction on my press release website. The site is already operational and has been for the past couple of years. However, I'm looking to improve the usability of the site and ultimately the sales conversion rates.

I don't actually need a redesign of the site unless it's an absolute must.

Things that I'm looking to achieve by hiring a UI/UX expert:

- The homepage to be optimized for the user's experience with our main goal of informing them of our products and services.
- Guiding them to signup for a free account and make it as painless as possible.
- Once they are logged in their experience with submitting their press release articles and other features should be simple, easy, and straight forward.
- The payment flow should be optimized so to increase conversions.

I would expect that the navigation menus and forms on the sites would require a makeover. So you should be experienced with such technologies as CSS, XHTML, JQUERY and AJAX. PHP knowledge would be a plus since there might be some small requirements to work around php code when implementing the UI elements.

Before any work is done, I would require you to complete a through review of my site and all user interactions. You would need to complete a report to let me know what you found needs to be improved. Then I can give my input on your findings and finalize what needs to be done.
