I need to build an Employment search website. This site will function primarily as a job aggregator website, if you dont know what that means I dont think you should bid on this project.

The site will of course look professional and be easy to navigate. The most important part of this site will be the functionality. It needs to gather up to date information from jobs posted throughout the internet. What I want from you is a detailed estimate of how much it will cost, how long it will take and how you will get it done. Do I need any specific software for the content aggregation?
