I'm looking to modify the opensource search engine below to make a charity search engine.

Opensource search engine : http://products.cogzidel.com/ (this is an example you can use another).

I want all of the features of this site http://www.everyclick.com/
Plus a few more.

Here are the main features I want.

1. The charity signs up page.
2. End user search and a default random (daily) charity benifits from the searches.
3. The End user can log-in / sign up and choose a charity.

You must create the advertising using API of a well-known advertising network "overture" suggest another but not adsense.
When a user clicks on the sponsored ads the charity gets X% of the click-through.

Other features.

4. I want it to be multi-language.
5. Detect and redirect to correct domain extension (if the user is comming from the UK get results from yahoo.co.uk).

The final look and feel must look like bing / google

In other words I want all of the features on everyclick.com + multi-lang.

The final scripts and Copyright must belong to me and my company and can not be sold thier after by yourself.
