Insurance claim app for iPhone, Blackberry & Android.

App needs to allow clients to register information relating to claim (i.e. name, address, policy number, contact details), take photos (to be sent when submitted) and use Google maps for location (details sent when submitted).

Must also be submitted to iTunes.
