I am looking for designer and developer to build this website for me on word press/Joomla.

I am looking for Individual only NO company/group please, if you are a company or group of professional then please do not waste your and our time.

Only Indian hindi knowing professional, preferably North Indian (Delhi/NCR), but other's are also welcome because its a Hindi Website that's y we have specific requirement.

We need a professional wordpress & Joomla expert (only Individual)

Ideally we would require a webmaster who can take care of the site for a month :) or can handle complete project independently.
