We need to install and setup bigbluebutton in our website and integrate with Moodle.

The software is open-source and is available at bigbluebutton.org

Following features are part of this:

1. Remote desktop sharing
2. Participants listing
3. Participants chat with option to private chat
4. Provide VOIP to interract with other participants
5. Video sharing by Presenter and Participants
6. Recording the session
7. Create meeting scheduler and provide dynamic link to participate
8. Integrate with Paypal payment

Most of the above features are part of the bigblubutton package, and the bidder needs to understand how to install and integrate with Moodle/Joomla. The website is hosted on third party Linux server with MySQL, and I can provide admin access to setup.
