We are looking to create an application on different mobile operating systems, our main focus currently is the backend script/coding for a social check in app like Foursquare.

We prefer this to be coded in Ruby but PHP will suffice.

Our developers will program the GUI separately.

We would prefer programmers that have written code like this previously.
