Want to create a kids entertainment web site based on www.icarly.com. Should be based on CMS system like Joomla or Drupal (you can recommend) so that we can add content as and when required. Content will include video, photos, music, games. etc. Should include the design of all graphics and the build of the site. We just need the 'shell' we will add the content.
