hi, i have an ASP/MySQL website, i need to transform it into PHP.

the website contains: registration form - profile;
and 2 other pages : home page (CHAT - comments - user listing - advertisements(on the left and the right)
gallery page : [photo gallery + uplaod new pic ---- video gallery + upload new video]

Back end is need to control : Ads - users(delete-edit) - post a news txt on the website by the admin

the website is working ( the graphics - css - databse.. all are ready)
i just need a programmer to make it in PHP

requirements : - the providers need to be online daily, in all the project phase
- bids higher thn 300$ will not be considered
