We would like a cost/time quote for this new project we are doing. It is pretty simple and fairly straight forward.

1. Sparkler Free:

Start with the splash screen. Begin will just start playing and looping the attached movie. More Apps will link to an embedded browser.

Use newest version of adwhirl to show ads.

2. Sparkler Pro:

Same thing as above. We are wondering if it is possible for this version to be able to change the color of the sparkler. If we have a color slider for the user that can pop up and change the color that would be great.
