#Background Info:
Our company is in the Information Security business. We provide our clients with a state of the art web based application allowing them to easily manage their compliance projects thru our innovative approach and methodology.

#Scope of project:
In order to facilitate trainings as well as marketing and promotion of this application, we are looking for an e-tutorial module developer who has experience in Adobe Captivate and Adobe Premiere.

The module will be called “Compliance Audit Gateway E-tutorial”.

We are looking for a very innovative and dynamic tutorial which should achieve the following objectives:
• Clearly explain who we are and what the company does
• Clearly explain/present/market how to use our web based application (ideally substituting the formal webex based live demonstrations given to each potential customer – very resource inefficient)

The complete tutorial may last up to 30mn.

You will find below samples of tutorials we believe are up to the standard we are looking at. Make sure you are able to produce similar content in order to answer this offer!

#Material provided:
To the interested developers, we will provide the following materials that will be compiled in the tutorial:
• Access, help documentation and training to the web application
• HD video clips representing a narrator who explains how to use the critical features
• Screen capture video recording with voice over of one of our specialists who demonstrates how to use the application – these then need to be re-done in high quality by the provider of the service.
• PPT presentations – slides to be inserted in the tutorials
• Graphic ID of our company (font, color, general design constraints)

All materials can be delivered by the end of May 2010.

#Technical requirements:
• Previous experience in the development of e-learning, interactive content modules
• Knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere, Flash, Dreamweaver
• Capacity to deliver the project within short-timeframe. Ideally, in one-go (not spread around several weeks)

To be precise, Adobe Captivate and Premiere are not mandatory but seem to be the industry standard for creating this kind of content. Alternative proposals will be considered (Flash, Dreamweaver). However, the developer must have their own copies of the product.

All copyright, intellectual property and original files will remain our property and/or be provided upon final completion of the project.


#Support:
The developer will work closely with the Project Manager in charge of ensuring the overall completion of this tutorial and a Content Expert that currently provides client training. We are here to help you.

At that stage, we are looking for both a quote but also further technical insights from you as this first module may result in the creation of a fully-integrated suite of additional modules for which we would need a technical partner.


#Target date:
We work towards an expected delivery of the final product in June 2010. Date to be agreed together

#Reference:
When bidding for this project, please provide us with a list of sample work you completed in the last 12 months. It is key to us to work with an expert in e-tutorial development. Therefore, we want to check your previous accomplishments.

Upon finalizing the contract, also expect to be asked for at least 3 references from your client portfolio.
