We've had some problems with our previous web designer (his accounts got compromised and we've been unable to contact him) and need someone to complete the design of our WP blog and website. Basically, we'll need someone that is able to do the following:

1) Complete the design of WP Blog....each "post" will require some type of "customization" to provide information about the specific poster (send them to a unique url based on the users "posting" ID which should be shown as the link) and some coding to send them to a constant url.

2) We'll need someone who can alter the design of a WP blog to change the design of the "top section" and right hand column of the webpage (for the WP section of our website)

3) We'll need someone who can complete the "header" / "banner" section and alter the images that are currently there to produce the desired effect on the remaining part of our website (which is not a WP blog)

4) We need someone that can write & implement the code to allow us to have people "refer-a-friend" and be able to track that information. The tracking must be integrated into our iContact database (where we have a unique variable for the referrals email address)...basically we'll need to create some "count" in the iContact database for "Referrals" and a way to create a unique url for them to actually refer their friends and have that information tracked

5) Some slight alterations on all the pages of the website, including changing alignment issues, the bottom area of the webpages, etc

If you think you're capable of this, please send me 2 examples of websites that you've designed through wordpress and 2 examples of websites that you've developed elsewhere.

If we like the websites that you've designed, we'll contact you with additional information and can provide you with a link to our current website. However, a REQUIREMENT of this project is that it needs to be completed by Friday (of this week), so please plan to be accessible and have a very clear idea of how you can complete the effects above if you wish to be selected for this project.

Also, please note that most of the design itself is actually finished, however, we do have some minor issues with the design itself and some issues with alignment on different browsers at this point.
