A non-profit needs a mashup site with the below. Low budget, but the needs are straightforward.

- Google Maps (map markers and lines between markers)
- Facebook Connect
- backend for entering code batches related to map markers (csv export / import ok)
- CSS / XHTML provided, images provided
- PayPal express checkout implementation (simple, one product)
- a total of 5 pages/views needed (front page with map, signup, entering details for a map marker, viewing & commenting a map marker, static page template)

If you want, you can use any existing solution for the components (wordpress, drupal, other normal CMS ok) but clean JavaScript/PHP/Python etc. is fine as well.

I provide wireframes & description first that you can start working with, then I'll give you the CSS/XHTML and images. You'll get the description before accepting the job. Please include an example of a maps mashup in your bid.
