I need an ecommerce booking system for a small bus company.

It must have the ability to choose a departure date which will then show services being offered on that particular day.

Must have the option of same day return.
User should have the ability to choose the desired available timeslot for both initial trip and return trip.


Most importantly must not allow overbookings-

Also must have an easy to use backend for administration of services with fields such as (date), (Route (depart from)(depart to)), (departure time), (arrival time), (seats available), (price)

Also needs the ability to change number of seats available from backend as the company takes offline bookings.

Would be great if could have the ability to select whether return trip is available on that particular trip.

Example of use...

User selects Sunday 2nd May 2010 from a calandar or dropdown box...
A section appears showing Radio buttons with the following example items-


Number 1. Departure:2pm Route: Bathurst to Orange Arrival:2.45pm Seats Available:40 Price:$30

Number 2. Departure:3pm Route: Orange to Bathurst Arrival:3.45pm Seats Available:40 Price:$30

Number 3. Departure:6pm Route: Bathurst to Orange Arrival:6.45pm Seats Available:40 Price:$30

Number 4. Departure:7pm Route: Orange to Bathurst Arrival:7.45pm Seats Available:40 Price:$30


Also shown is a radio button with option of "One Way" or "Single Day Return".
And also a dropdown box for the amount of tickets required.

Upon user selecting a departure time (eg. Number 1.) the ticket(s) for that service or route is placed in a shopping cart, with the ability to return to add more tickets from following days to the cart before proceeding to checkout.

If the user selects "Single Day Return" another section is shown, showing the times for the route opposite that which is selected. If no initial route is selected this section is not shown until the initial route is selected.

Example... upon a user selecting Number 1. to depart from Bathurst to Orange at 2pm and the Single Day return option being selected, another section will show giving the option to choose from either Number 2 or Number 4 as the return trip, providing they have available seats.

This must not be allowed to happen if Number 2 or Number 4 has no available seats, and a Message shown to indicate same day return not available if no seats are available.
