I want a simple, no frills website where people can login, look at betting odds on sports, and place bets. The website will need to pull the betting odds from an XML feed. It will need to close bets on games based on their scheduled starting time.

The website will NOT need to deal with money, credit cards, deposits, or withdrawals. Assume for the purposes of this project that all bets are placed using fake money. All it needs to do is accept bets and keep accurate records of all bets. Producing reports of betting history would be helpful.
