It contains 3 parts
1. Software: it can search files on Usenet, so you need to know what is usenet
2. Affiliate Network: it can track clicks and sales
3. Website: you need to know landing page optimization and shopping cart.

2 Skills Needed
1.You are familiar with usenet, emule, bittorrent and file sharing
2.Affiliate Network development experience
