I require a website where I should be able to upload vector templates and my customers can design online from templates such as business cards and flyers and store their designs within their own accounts. The templates will be supplied by us. Once the customer has finished designing his printing online, the website should generate a printable vector PDF.

It should have e-commerce and online billing. The website should also have CMS ability to add or remove pages anytime. Basically it should be very similar to Vistaprint.ca.

In addition I require an application where customers can download a PDF converter from our website to their computer which will generate PDF from documents and email directly to us for printing.

If I get the website exactly as I want, I'm ready to pay extra.
