Orders:
We need to add additional statuses to the Orders:
Processing Sears
Processing Amazon
Processing Ebay
Shipped
We need to add the following to each account that is created from channel advisor as well
ChannelAdvisor_orderNumber
This will be only added to the accounts that are automatically created when the channel advisor syncs.
For all orders coming from Channel Advisor, the orders will go in as either Processing Amazon or Processing Ebay with the ChannelAdvisor_orderNumber created and added to the account (youÂll see why we need to reference this later)
All orders from the website will continue to have the general status of processing..
Here is where the CRM will start to come in.. When you click under the sales tab, There will be a tab called ÂPrepare Processed OrdersÂ
Once in this page it will look similar to the ÂOrders page. A link/button will be on top that will say ÂPrepare all Processed orders This will then change all orders from the ÂProcessing status either from the website or the merchant accounts into a Shipping/Picking status. On the left hand side will be a tab that will say ÂDownload and Print Orders This will then process all orders and create a pdf for each order ÂInvoice and a secondary ÂPicking PdfÂ. The Invoice will have the customers name / address and items ordered with totals.. The picking PDF will have the same things on it but include the new fields added to the Product (see below)
Products:
Products will need to have a few new fields added:
Drop_Ship (This will be a yes or now) this will let us know if this is a drop shippable product
Drop_Ship_Qty
On_Shelf (this is a qty filed) Sometimes an item will be drop ship but we will have some inhouse from returns and on shelf. This will let us know if this item is on shelf.
Picking Location This will have 3 things associated with it Row, Shelf and Bin) This way we know where in the warehouse the product is located
Now, after all orders have been picked, they will go to the shipworks (Which integrates with magento) to download the same shipping orders with address etcÂ
Once in shipworks it is completed, it then sends back to magento tracking # and status needs to be changed to Shipped then. F the Channel Advisor field has a value in it, then it needs to send a sync with channel advisor that this order has been shipped. Also, email is then sent to customer from their account that the order has been shipped.
Also, we have 3 syncs we need to setup.
Two are FTP sites that we get our drop ship qty they are carhartt and double H. We want to setup an auto login and then load to the system to update the Drop_ship_qty per products
The other is a xls sheet they email us once a week from ariat..
This is the general flow of how this will work. We need to have this completed in 10 days. There will also be a few days of tweaking it to getting it to work with our system and channel advisor as well...
