Looking for reliable Android developer to develop a phone spam blocker application. The application is pretty simple in functionality: upon incoming call the user should have the ability to accept or select a a choice of either to send to the call blocker application or send to voicemail.


The number blocker app will need to work as follows:
1) When a call gets routed to it, a specific sound file will play and the call will need to be terminated (not sent to voicemail) after the sound file is done playing. I have the sound file ready in whatever format is needed (wav, mp3, etc.).
2) The user should also have an option to add that incoming number to a "block list" so that the next time that number calls, it will go through this call blocker app without user interaction.
3) Options to block wildcard numbers (example: 1-800-* for any numbers that begin with 1-800)
4) One version of the app will be a limited version for the free market and the other will be the full version for the paid market. The limited version will need to have limits like, only 1 number to the "block list", blocking annonymous calls option greyed out, etc.
5) Must be able to run on Android 1.5 and above.
