We need a fairly basic, but well-designed website. You should have proven design skills as well as technical ability. The site can be built on Joomla or Drupal, but needs to contain a few fundamental elements: must have a call to action donation function on each page; easily editable text and photos on each page, photo gallery. This is a charity site, so there is nothing for users to download, but there should be a newsletter function. The donation function needs to link to PayPal. I will provide the text and photos, so you only need to be able to design and build.
I would prefer to work with someone in a US timezone, so unless you have the ability to do the work in that zone, please do not bid. When bidding please include links to at least 3 sites that you have designed and built.
