I am looking for someone to develop a website. I just became a reseller of a product. I can use their existing site for information but can not copy it word for word, so it will need to be copy-written. I like the look and feel of there site. I would like to offer almost all the products and add a few more pages. I am looking for a clean corporate look. A corporate identity package must be included. please keep in mind this is a legal website. It needs to have video, news feeds, new letter, and scrolling news capabilities as well as the ability to make changes to the site at a later date. The site must be SEO per page as well as title.

The site will also be taking payments for services with auto invoicing.
Once the customer creates a new log in, he/she will have access to upload his/her file(s). Once the file is uploaded he will have to make payment prior to transferring the data to us. The customer will have an option to make payment prior to uploading the file. There will be a discount for multiple files. This is also where he will be able to see the findings for each file and download them. I don't know if we will need storage capabilities for host their data on the site.
