We looking to develop a Job portal site, we will provide the website design, initially start in English and more languages will be add later on, no ready made packages please (joomla etc.) only bid if you can make your own CMS.

As every one knows job portal has four important sections as follows:

1. Guest user front end
2. User Home
where user can setup his CV's and create covering letters, can manage photos
3. Employer Home
where employer can manage his jobs posting and can buy credit by choosing different deals.

4. Master Admin Home
- Master home will control all the sections
- New users approve section
- New employer aprove section
- Can create new deals
- notification center
- Payment center
