We would like to replicate the design and functionalities of www.mybuilder.com and myhammer.co.uk, even though we will launch the website in other European countries.

Admin panel:
- needed for us to manage the website after development in a friendly way (CMS)
- Language system, easily change between different languages. We would need the website content to be modifiable by us, as the first launch would be in European countries (Italy to start), but we would provide translation, so for your project english is enough. Maybe we蛟､l send you the translation and you蛟､l insert it directly in the website or we can do that if easy to do through the admin panel.
- Control over all content, with easy control and editing in mind.
- Account monitoring, providing who is on when, how often etc.
- Skin system, easily change your design, without any hard work.


Payment systems:
- merchant account: we do not yet have one, planning to use paypal at the beginning then maybe open a banking merchant account. We need to see all the current payments and fees we are collecting trough the admin panel.
- Escrow.com might be an option as well (maybe better than paypal for this project)

Artwork, icons, drawings:
- start from free icons, then as the website grows we could purchase from commercial or hire someone.

SEO/SEM:
- can you provide also some SEO optimization?

- could you help us maintain the website once developed?
