Right now we have a very simple Tumblr blog. I want it to be more professional (very similar to Gary’s blog at  http://garyvaynerchuk.com ... which is also a tumblr blog)

The items I want added to our blog are:

Custom Header with our logo
A few tabs that go to simple “about us” type pages (see Gary’s blog)
A few boxes on either side of the posts with businesses info and links (see Gary’s blog)
Twitter and Facebook “Follow us” boxes.
a simple background color (see Gary’s blog)
