I would like a tool that spiders a url and checks the content for keywords.

An example of the functionality that I want is here:
http://www.webtrade.ie/seo/seo-tool.887.html

The tool at this URL above scrapes the title and body text.

However I would also like the following:
The img alt text where the image is not a link
The img alt text where the image is a link
The h1 text
The h2,h3,h4.h5 text
The meta keywords text
The meta description text
Text Link text
The URL text

I would like the text for each section to appear and have the chosen keyword phrase highlighted as in the URL above.

I would like each section to have keyword score like the URL above.

I would like each section to have the total number of words.

As in the URL above I would like to be able to post the results to an email address in a printable format.

Ideally I would like this to be php. Saving all results to a mysql db.
