this website design has to be Search Engine friendly. Meaning that it has to have all the meta tags built in, all the URL need to be SE friendly, and interlinks.



CMS is required.  We must be able to manage the contents as well as the images of the website down the line.



Keep in mind that when business grow, it might require to support multi-lingual.  so we need to keep this in mind when we design.
