I have the PSD with groups & layers from a professional designer.
I need the PSD ported to a fully functional Joomla site.

System must have intranet section with JUGA or similar.

Requirements:

- Use my pre-made template.jpa with embedded extensions
- DO NOT build the site on the tragic Milkyway template! Build the template on a custom template or any Yoo Theme or Rocket Theme template which is easy to work with
- Use my RSForm license
- Activate and configure SEF component
- Validate code & CSS
- Minimal or no coding into Joomla framework (index.php). System must be dynamic and FULLY administratable from the admin panel
- Crossbrowser compatible
- Use common default font class as alternative font type
