Looking for an iPhone, ipad and android developer/designer expert on transforming data sets into graphical charts preferably animated charts

the app must serve following objectives:

A app which will allow users to query datasets from their iphone or ipad which needs to be pulled over from the internet,and present the output as graphical charts. (data is based on lots of numbers as excel sheets) and also to have ability to share it over the internet by all available means.

the main aim is to provide a tool which is easy simple yet interesting to analyse data through charts
