We already have Joomla 1.5 in place, and just need someone to finish a build-out of SOBI2 and Community Builder, each of which is installed but not fully configured. We want members to be able to update listings and upgrade to additional levels of detail for money using Paypal or some other payment gateway. Training after completion of that task will be to non-technical but computer literate membership staff.
