We need a Joomla! programmer to develop a site for a doctor.

1.) Each page on the site needs a flash video embedded on the page
2.) Visitors need to book appointments online. The calendar on the site needs to show what appointment slots are available and needs to sync with desktop calendar or microsoft works
3.) Visitors need to fill out information forms- the information goes into their account
4.) there will be a blog on the site

The calendar has to be extremely dynamic such that it can sync with the medical practitioners schedule so people will see what time the slots for appointments are free etc.

We need someone who is reliable and will deliver the expected by the deadline. (Serious Bidders only)
The time frame for the project is 2 weeks from the date the proposal is accepted.
