Currently have a user website community running on phpmotion and need a quote for some custom work.

We want a webcam option for users to record videos live and publish straight to the website.

Here's how it would work:

User can 1) upload a video or 2) select "record live", after which the video will be uploaded.

The webcam feature will be seamless and auto-detect users video & audio.

After the live session is over user can click "submit" to upload their session as a video on their user account. Looking for a simple, elegant solution to integrate into existing website.

Really just looking for an estimate on cost, time and our possibilities.
