Chinese medicine site Requirements:

1. Splash page(I will supply html for this page and subsequent templates)
2. Registration through 1) email verify. Captcha
3. Non-registered users can browse articles and listings, and can read and search, but cannot rate and cannot post.

11. Shopping cart.THIS shopping cart WILL not be for the listings in line 8 and 9.
12. Same ratings system for listings.
13. Shopping area has its own for sale items and is administered by the admin of this site. It is separate from the articles and listings BUT the user system is the same. Users who signed up for articles and listings can also shop in the shopping area.
14. all the shopping features should be included: cart, search, catalog listings, payment system, etc.
15. Administrator of the site admin module: user admin, articles admin, listings admin, shop admin
16. Each above admin function should include: view, search, edit, delete, add, check box next to each row.
17. Filter system that will filter out articles and listings with words stored in db. Mark these articles as "unacceptable" and displayed in adiministrator admin console.
