I'm looking for someone that is capable of designing websites using photoshop given sample sites and ideas or redesigning an existing site. I'll prefer someone with web 2.0 design/light weight experience and please post your work/portfolio. I currently have 3 web designs that need to be created but I'm also looking for long term relationship as in my line of business, I always get projects. I do not provide specifications as I don't have time to create one, I'll simple tell you what I want and provide sample sites and maybe a list of features - its up to you to be creative.
