I need a script SIMILAR to vladtv.com but not exactly like it.

Pretty much all the functions, except having a blog. I just want to be able to embed videos on my site from other sources and have them play on my site through my own video player similar to veoh.com I need a rating system, number of views etc.

I also need an actual video page as well where people can watch the video they selected from the front page and comment.

I need the ability to search through the videos and ad space.
