I have a site, www.breakd.com that I am seeking to redesign in a format that is simple and easier for visitors to understand the services we provide as well as enable them to place an order online and have the order processed, obtain information on our various services via PDFs or links or other forms, download templates, see projects we have worked on and link to resources. My company provides several services:
1. DVD and CD manufacturing
2. DVD authoring
3. E-commerce and fulfillment
4. Marketing and distribution strategy
5. Distribution: digital, home video, semi-theatrical/theatrical, etc

Currently, I take the DVD and CD orders via email or on the phone as well as marketing and distribution orders. I have partners for authoring and e-commerce/fulfillment and typically refer my clients to my partners. My goal is to reduce the time I spend with prospective customers on the phone or via email explaining how we work, what each service is, etc. I螢‡ like to make the site transactional if possible for replication: if a filmmaker wants to order or reorder a title, he can place an order online and pay us. The artwork specifications as well as information on asset delivery of a master and other pertinent information would be online. For authoring and fulfillment, I want to provide a simple and easy way to provide information on the services of our partners (www.cineomatic.com and www.transitmedia.net) and enable a prospective customer to fill out an online form that includes the length of their film, if they want chapter selections, a menu, etc so we can provide a quote and forward a request for info to the authoring house. I think the site can be simplified in terms of the layout with a section for physical/digital services (authoring, replication, fulfillment) with better online forms to request info, documentation about each service, and the ability to order or sign up and pay for a service and/or have the information forwarded to our partners so we can track what is going on.
